What to Expect

Vital Points is simple and effective. The Vital Core experience can be received in less than 10 minutes by virtually anyone at any age. Here's what to expect from a Vital Core experience:

Sit comfortably on a couch or chair.

Remove shoes and socks.

Remove the lid from your choice of doTERRA essential oil. We recommend lemon, frankincense or lavender to begin.

Smell the essential oil. This enhances the Vital Core spin experience.

Place two drops on the top of your foot, and massage it in.

Receive the Vital Core spin technique on both feet. This will take approximately 7 minutes.

Essential oil can also be applied to both feet at the end of the spin segment.
